Dear Gurus,
I am facing issue while configuring SSO for BO 4.0
I followed the document provided in SAP KBA
Configuring Active Directory Manual Authentication and SSO for BI4.pdf
As per the document there are multiple steps and tests to be performed to have this SSO
We are successfully reached to the phase where the manual Authentication using AD credentials working perfectly fine. But the automated AD SSO is not working.
As per the document we need to verify following
"Verify the vintela filter has loaded successfully"
This can be verified by checking the contents of file stdout.log and that should contain following line
jcsi.kerberos: ** credentials obtained .. **.
But the problem is this is not appearing in the file.
Sometime after restart we can see these contents but again after restart that is not visible.
only once the automatic BO SSO worked perfectly but after restart it never worked again.
I have attached the stdout.log so that more detailed can be seen from the file.
