We have 4 Adaptive processing servers and heap size is set to 4g in the command line parameters (Xmx parameter) in each server.
We have different team of report developers at some other location who are reporting this error. Some times report work fine and sometimes it through this error.
Also, do you refer to JCo log trace when you say monitoring the process?
